This year the spring challenge is going to take the shape of a 12 week body transformation challenge instead of the traditional time trial circuit.
This way everyone has a fair chance of bettering their bodies and getting into the best shape of their lives.

Over the 12 weeks there will be a progress assessment every 3 weeks and pictures taken of before,during and after to keep clients motivated and competitive during the challenge.

Each client will receive training programs and nutrition guideline handouts to assist them in achieving their goals.

Anyone who is not a BBodies client and would like a chance to compete with my clients in this spring challenge is welcome to contact me for details on how to enter.
