It’s the 10th annual edition of the spring challenge. It kicks off on Monday 4th September and ends on Thursday 23 rd November 2017.
This year sees the return of a timed circuit which challenges all the muscle groups and is sure to keep ones heart rate up in the 3-5 minutes of this routine. The clients will be doing the circuit twice a month to track improvements in their times.
There is also a twice monthly weigh in, with girth measurements and skin fold testing to track clients progress in weight loss throughout the 3 month challenge.
It is open to the public for the first time so lets hope there are some new challengers signing up by Monday 4th Sept.
