Spring challenge body transformation started at BBodies on Monday 5th of September, with all my clients having a before photo taken along with their weight, body fat % and girth measurements.
Each client received a list of healthy options of all the better food choices to combine into their meals,notes on portion sizes and an awareness guideline on hunger cues and when to eat.
They also received 2 training programs,a home based program and a gym program that build up and progress them over the 12 weeks.
There will be 3 more assessments over the 12 weeks to monitor progress and advice given to help achieve goals.
