The highlight of my week!

I was running half marathons and strained my hamstring and when I consulted a biokineticist I was told to strengthen various muscle groups . I decided to try a personal trainer to advise and was recommended Barbara by a relative who had trained with her for a few years. We started training in 2008 and I just continued once my injuries were healed as I had enjoyed it so much and it soon became the highlight of my week. Professional , friendly , and private environment were all things I have really appreciated. Barbs really tailor designs the workout to one’s needs and makes it fun. I then fell pregnant in 2012 and she trained me safely through the pregnancy which made the birth and post birth recovery very manageable and I was able to maintain good fitness throughout . So in 2013 the highlight of my week still remains Barbs.
