Barbara covers all the muscle groups, cardio work and flexibility with endless variety and motivational cheer – and for good measure, she throws in excellent nutritional advice. The sessions have made a big positive impact on my fitness levels, muscle tone and core strength. Barbara understands the different needs of her clients and can tailor sessions according to whether you are a runner, cyclist or just getting going. I can’t recommend B- Bodies training too highly.
