Barbara has been my personal trainer for more than 10 years. Quite a thing for me to stick with somebody for so long! A testament to how versatile, adaptable and fun she is. Last year I embarked on a project to lose 10 KGs. After about 4 months of steady weight loss I got stuck and just couldn’t lose any more weight. Her advice was a change in my diet. It was such a small change that I didn’t believe at first that his would do the trick. But it worked! Her understanding of the body and how it responds to exercise and diet is fabulous – not to mention her sense of humour!
